Loss to Arizona is good?

Stay connected for news and updates

I've been thinking and talking to other Bruins. The loss on Saturday to Arizona could potentially do us more good than harm for the simple fact that we are no longer in the national spotlight and we will not be having the Trojans' full, undivided attention as would be the case of a 10-0 Bruin squad.

I know some Trojan fans are gleefully looking to blow us out on December 3rd. I wonder what attitude USC players are taking after our loss to Arizona. I'm hoping that they think we are pathetic and easy to defeat.

Should that be the case, USC would be underestimating us which only increases our chances of pulling off one of the biggest upsets in the history of college football, as no team has yet to knock them in more than two years of play.

Quite honestly, I will take a win over USC and a loss to Arizona anyday of the week. We'll find out on December 3rd, won't we?
