DC has been clutch
He's got a nice little bag of shots.

Too bad Roll is shy about shooting.

Pitt's playing right now
on the Duke network.

Syracuse looks like a spoiler.

Here we go
Lets bury these mofos in the second half. We need to figure out the zone.

At a baby
Roll is going to make them come out of the zone

I know I have said it a million times before
but when they showed the montage of UCLA Freshmen of the Year, and they put Luc Richard up there with his name on the screen, Belluomini still called him "Oomah a Boute"

I want to win by 30.

Farmar vs Collison
I know I will be villified for writing this, but I was just noticing some of the differences between when Collison and Farmar are running the point.  Collison seems to be better at hanging on to the ball, in terms of the ball being poked away by a defender.  Conversely, Farmar seems to finish at the hoop better.  I have noticed that sometimes Collison goes to the hoop at full speed and has kind of gone too fast to get his shot up accurately.  Otherwise, I think both are doing a bang-up job running the point.  You don't really have to worry about either of them making a bad pass, or taking a terrible shot.  They both stick with their men defensively, and they both know how to play the role of a floor general.

Just a few things I have noticed over the past few games.

No, pretty good obervations
Jordan makes alot of lazy passes. I think that's his big weakness

Why foul at the end of the game?
If I was Lute and I was down by 15 points with 30 seconds left, I WOULD NOT tell my guys to extend the game with fouls.  Why prolong your own agony?  Idiot.

If you were Lute
I would call you biggedy bitch.

But you're not, so I won't.

Ahhh I don't know about you...
but Beating Arizona 3 times this year now has a satsfaction I don't think I have ever felt since I became a Bruin back in the Lavin Days (Dark Years, whatever).  I had always taken the team for granted back when they won it all in '95.  I had friends who were sooo hyped about making a run in the tournament, but I didn't jump on the bandwagon.  Then when I decided to come to school, I got into the sports program.  Then everything turned to shit and Arizona owned us during that time.  Then after I graduate they start building and now are a team I am truly proud to say represent me.  I am just really glad to have that now.  Still feel a little jipped for my student years, but oh well.

As a fellow 'Lavin era alum'
I know your pain.

What Coach Howland has brought us is something special. I don't want to get my hopes up, but I think this team can make a run this year.

You gotta love the way this team is starting to click when it really matters.

Belluomini
also called him "Jean Luc Richard."  LOL  Also, I noticed that during the halftime interview Lute, once again, blamed the refs and said we were holding and grabbing.  What a clown.
