He even raised his arms in the air late as a call for the fans to get more involved in the program's first final eight appearance since 1997HUH?? As true followers of UCLA Basketball, we ALL know that Howland raises his hands, NOT to fire up the fans, but as a constant reminder to the players to play TENACIOUS D. Dumbasses.
