Ben Howland sighting

My girlfriend and I saw him at the Ralphs on Le Conte. He was wearing shorts and a grey UCLA polo shirt. He was talking on his cell phone in the chilled beverage isle. That is all. I love that guy.

PS. I also saw Michael Roll at BJ's two nights ago where I host. I showed him to his table.

I'm such a dork.

I've seen Fey around, he was eating panda express on the Ackerman steps (BJ's and Panda express, I guess his Chinese team hasnt specified a diet for him, unless they really want him to have beer, pizza, and orange chicken :P). I was also eating on the steps one day and Mata strolled up in a team Mexico soccer jersey, walked to the top of the stairs, and sat down right next to me. I was kinda weirded out because there was a lot of space to sit down anywhere else, but he was litterally a couple inches away. I didnt have the nerve to say hi :P

I work on Wilshire and I go into the village at least twice a week.

I did see Kareem Abdul Jabar about three years ago near Brew Co. I was heading back to the office and I see this guy getting out of a Ford Explorer, and I thought, "Gee, that guy is pretty tall." A couple of seconds later, I realized it was Kareem. I didn't say hi. I've heard he doesn't like being recognized in public (kind of hard when you're that tall).
