As we are getting more and more quality contributions on BN, please use the diary section more judiciously.  If you are going to consider doing one line posts, do it in existing posts, diaries on topic.  No need to bump down other substantive posts with one line diaries.

When we launched a BN we had a requirement built in for having at least 300 words in diaries.  I took it off to encourage more participation.  But I think we have gotten to a stage in this wonderful community that folks are offering quality, well thought out articulate posts.  Those should be in the diary section.

Mostly one line posts should be in the comments section.
