Torre to the Dodgers?

Stay connected for news and updates

Yahoo says that Little is out and Torre is in, bringing Mattingly with him.

That's a little off topic, I suppose, but interesting to say the least.  And to connect it up, Yahoo notes that Little has posted an above five hundred record with both Baaaaston and the Dodgers, but lasted only two seasons with each team.

I was quite unmoved by him in the few games I watched.

And now to link this back to the BN.  Dodger management has shown the intelligence to do something that has so far eluded our current athletic director.  They see a team that is going nowhere, and are changing the manager.  The CAD at UCLA looks at a far worse situation, but seems unable to figure out what to do.  Read the BN, CAD, and you'll learn what you should do.

I'm a long way from my 200 words, so while I'm off topic, I wonder if the Dodgers will take a flyer on Alex Rodriguez.  I don't know if you remember that years ago, the Dodgers took Darren Dreifort instead of Rodriguez.  That sort of baseball acumen explains why the last Dodger World Series was so long in the past.

Probably still not as 200 words, so one last Dodger thought.  The Tampa paper says the Dodgers are thinking about playing a game at the Crapaseum next year.  Who exactly is the genius that comes up with these great ideas.  Let's see.  We could either watch a game in a real ball park or in an atrocity.  We could either have a relatively nice location with lots of parking that is not in a war zone or we could hire armed guards to get us to our cars.  I think the same guy who decided on Dreifort instead of A-Rod came up with this great Crapaseum idea.

OK, that's it.
