End This Now!!

i have always supported Dorrell's right to the opportunity as a head coach, but this has to end NOW!

I can't take another embarrassment!  I am not one who believes Karl to be a bad person, but i do resent his lack of accountability and the position he has put this proud university in.  We are the greatest combination of athletics and academics the world will ever see and we deserve better than this.

Aside from what i deserve as a fan, i feel terrible for the guys on this team who have NFL potential and are losing millions because they will not be drafted playing for someone who can not exhibit their talents.  Its not fair to the players who committed to this university to be left to suffer through this travesty.

We currently hold scout.com's #2 ranked recruiting class... if we intend to keep any of these kids, now is the time to end this disaster and fire dorrell.  Give the new coach a chance to convince these kids to stay... find someone now!!!!!!!

I am a current student and i know a few of the guys personally... they don't deserve to be sacrificial lambs to dorrell's failing program. Boosters... Buy out dorrell... let's get the money and place some serious pressure on DG.  For the sake of good guys like Ben Olsen, who have the talent to do far better than they are currently producing, let's make this happen today!

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

same here...
current student, know a lot of the guys on the team, and its just so unfortunate for them to see their potential get flushed down the toilet.  I feel like if Dorrell is a true bruin at heart and cares about UCLA, he should resign and just walk away.  I feel a buyout even though that would get rid of him, would disgrace him even more because he has already taken soo much this school.  The reality is though, he'll see this as not his fault and blame someone else.

He's dangerous
His incompetence is actually a physical danger to the athletes he's coaching.  He has Markey shot up with cortisone at half-time of the Washington game and then has him run when there is no need to.  Result: he's out this game, who knows what effects it will have down the road.  He can't design a play where blitzers are blocked.  Result: #9 for ND comes in totally unblocked and injures BO.  I'm an alum and I bleed blue and gold - that's why this is so painful.  He needs to GO NOW!
