SUC will be rooting for Bruins over Ducks
With Arizona's victory over the Ducks last night, giving Oregon their 2nd loss in conference, UCLA will have an unexpected supporter next week: the SUCsters of South Central.
And with Dennis Dixon out for the year with a torn ACL, this game is gift wrapped for Dorrell and co.
A UCLA win over Oregon, coupled with a SUC win over Arizona St., puts the SUCsters in the driver's seat for the Rose Bowl.
And of course, there's always the slightest chance that a W may give the few Dorrell supporters out there (cough...Dohn....cough)just enough momentum in their feeble attempts at saving his job (at least that's what the SUCsters are hoping).
Hey, they may even congratulate us for being "bowl eligible"!
SUC in the Rose Bowl, a crappy bowl game, and more momentum for Dorrell supporters? I may be just an "alleged supporter", but this one is a no-brainer for me:
Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. Go Ducks. 200 words yet?
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

Not entirely true by my figuring
SUC 6-2
Ariz. St. 6-2
UCLA 5-3
Oregon 5-3
Oregon St. 5-3 (assuming a win at Wash. St.)
Then we would have rivalry games. Should we lose to USC, they would clinch the top spot. If we win, however, things begin to get interesting. If we win, and Arizona St. wins, Arizona St. wins the conference outright. If we beat USC, and Arizona does the not so unthinkable and beats Arizona St., the standings would look like this:
UCLA 6-3
USC 6-3
Arizona St. 6-3
An Oregon school at 6-3
Should that Oregon school be Oregon, UCLA would be Pac-10 champions. How? Among the 4 way tie at the top, UCLA and Oregon would share the better round-robin record of 2-1, compared to USC and Ariz. St.'s 1-2. After that, we would own the head to head tiebreak against Oregon, and finish top.
Should Oregon St. win, USC by my calculations would be Rose Bowl bound. UCLA, USC, and Ariz. St. would all share a 2-1 round-robin record, with Oregon St. at 0-3. In the group of three, all would share a 1-1 record. From my knowledge, the next tiebreak would be record against the next highest team. There could be a group of three or two teams at 5-4, consisting of Cal, Oregon, and Arizona, or just Oregon and Arizona. Cal holds the tiebreak over each, and Arizona over Oregon. Since UCLA, USC and Arizona St. have all beaten Cal, it would come down to record against Arizona, with USC holding the adavantage.
Of course, this is all entirely hyptothetical. I'll try and draw up the routes to winning the Pac-10 for each team.

Don't worry
Garlic: Utah
Cross: Notre Dame
Raid: Wazzu
Black Flag: Arizona
Sunlight: Oregon
Wooden Stake: U$C
That should do it, even with a win over now hapless Oregon.
