(a)  A director who has made 2 full-length feature films, each of which earned over $350M profit worldwide?
(b)  A director finishing up the 2nd season of his hit sitcom about to make his first full-length feature?

(3)  You're about to have laser eye surgery to correct your vision.  Whom do you have perform the procedure?

(a)  A surgeon in her 2nd year as chief of surgery who has helped teach other doctors how to perform the procedure?
(b)  A promising second-year-resident who's never led a team doing the procedure before?

(4)  You're the Athletic Director of a prominent university, and you've just fired your head football coach, who had no head coaching experience prior to being hired.  Whom do you hire as your new head coach?

(a)  A 2nd-year Div. I head coach from another team who has gone 23-2 with a BCS win after serving five years as an offensive coordinator on a team that went 53-11?

Walker as Interim Coach?  Sure.  Keep DW on as D-coordinator if the new guy wants him?  Absolutely.

Make him Head Coach, NOW?   For the first time in his career???
