Recent Bruin accomplishments

So, last weekend "Nashaa," the UCLA Hindi Film Dance Team won first place at Bollywood Berkeley (www.bollywoodberkeley.com), one of the largest dance competitions in the nation.  That means that on April 7th they'll be going to Chicago to compete for the title of "Best of the Best" (Best among all Bhangra, Raas, and Hindi Film Dance Teams nationally).

Second, if I heard right during the Cal game, our UCLA spirit squad dance team won first place at a national competition.

And lastly, The Juggler (Chris Smith), is currently finishing a film production that won the bronze medal at the Park City Film Music Festival.  You should all check out the website for his film, "Shadow in the Trees" at www.shadowinthetreesmovie.com
