Bruin Dance Team Wins A Championship, Clowns Trojans

Let's keep the good news rolling through BN this basketball season and end this day on a fun note.

This will not count for our drive to 100 but still more than worth sharing with rest of Bruins Nation.

Congrats to our Dance team for winning this year's National Championship.

Daily Bruin has the report and the best part of this story:

The 2006-2007 UCLA dance team has made history this year, winning first place at the United Spirit Association's Collegiate Nationals. The win came in Las Vegas on the weekend of Feb. 12-13, and was the dance team's first win at the competition.

The best part about the win?

"We beat USC," captain Christy Delp said.
Congrats again to all of our ladies for winning the National Championship and clowning those future brain surgeons from Southern Cal.

GO BRUINS.
