A Salute To One Of Our Own: DumpDorrell Makes It To Iraq

Bumped again per our community's request. GO BRUINS - N

cross-posted from DumpDorrell.com

This is going to be the coolest post you will ever see on DumpDorrell (besides maybe the one that's going to say,"Its official Dorrell's gone"). Check out this badass American soldier and hard core UCLA Bruin (no name until we get his approval to use his name) at Sather Air Base in Baghdad, Iraq, wearing an official "Save Football Dump Dorrell" t-shirt in that iconic powder blue. His brother Sean, also a hard core Bruin, had this to say about the picture, "Real Men Wear Powder Blue!!" Truth!! This pictures says it all!

We have our little job to do here at DD, but it obviously pales in comparison to what our soldiers like this great Bruin are doing in Iraq and other places around the world. A huge hat tip to this UCLA Bruin bruiser and thanks to all of our soldiers, Bruins or otherwise. Thank you for your service to our country.

Go Bruins!

Thank you
Thank you for serving all of us.  Stay healthy and God Speed.  May you come home soon and UCLA dump Dorrell soon thereafter.

A sincere thanks...
to you and all of the soldiers out there.  We are all extremely lucky that you dedicated your lives to protecting us.

Thanks for donning the blue...
... esp. in a place where anything that doesn't match the brown of sand, dust, or rock stands out like, well, a red shirt in a sea of blue spectators.

Come home soon, and come home safe and sound.

Anything at all you guys can do to make his tour better is welcomed.

this post should be bumped to the top
to send Sean's brother and other soldiers our best wishes.  It kind of got bumped down due to all the posts today ... just my humble opinion.

I second that motion
Everyone should jump on this post and show this friend of ours some Bruin love.  It sounds like he would greatly appreciate it.

Good luck
Stay safe, do some good or kick some ass, as called for.

Wish KD had half your balls on 3rd and 8.

Thank You!
Stay safe, take care of business over there and get back to the states. I know you'll be well taken care of once you make it to the Rose Bowl.
