Ahem. My name is Barnes2JJ. My "Secret" is that I read the Los Angeles Times.
(Fox, please sit down and stop booing and hissing. No one else can hear over you.)
As I have stated elsewhere, I have read the LAT for 19 straight years. I read it for reasons other than sports but, yes, I still read it regularly.
My opinion is that the LAT is extremely biased when it comes to a certain L.A.-based rivalry. There is a reason the rag is also known as the Trojan Times. Maybe you disagree. If so, I'm all ears.
When I read the LAT, I often long to see headlines to its stories that are (1) not biased, and (2) something I would never see in this paper (or, perhaps, in any paper).
Therefore, the subtitle to this diary is this: Headlines I would LIKE to see in the Los Angeles Times, but will never see.
There have been some threads on this general topic before, so I do not take credit for anything here. But there is just so much good material here for possible headlines (The Secret, Ballroom Dancing, OJ2's interesting sports and legal history, Senora Rosa/Spanish 3, etc.), that this one is just too easy.

Be creative. Be funny. Be everything our critics say we are not.
I know I am among angels here on BN. Don't let me down.
