Another Dorrell Juxtaposition

I'm not exactly a huge Charlie Weiss fan, but 19 wins in 2 seasons does raise your credibility a bit. He also seems to be a pretty good guy (that sounds familiar). My respect for the guy just went up a few notches when I read this quote from him:

"My goal this year, and next year, and the year after that, will be to win every game. And that's my goal this year. And I'll never have it go any different than that."

Weis just lost Brady Quin, Jeff Samardzija and Darius Walker on offense and he is still sets the high standard of winning every game. That's quite amazing to me but a lot of things are amazing when you know who is leading our football team.

Compare this to the unbearable statements some of Dorrell's players have been muttering recently. Over 20 returning starters and our players don't expect to win every game. The difference between the programs is shocking to say the very least. In reality, I don't know why it is shocking. Nothing should be able to shock me now that Dorrell has survived into his fifth year.

PS - Does UCLA have a quantum mechanics major on campus? I'm thinking that the easiest way to get rid of this guy is to have someone build us a flux capacitor and return to 2003 so we can stop this nonsense.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

I don't think we do
Although we have some classes in that field. Besides, I think the hard part is coming up with the 1.21 GigaWatts to power the thing.

And KD's goal?
I admit I am just guessing:

Win enough games to keep his supporters content and on his side for yet another year.  I would imagine about 7 wins would do it over at BRO.  9 and they will erect an altar for him.

Different scales
Weis: 0 to National Champion

Dorrell: 0 to Good Enough

Also
Compare the talent levels at each school.

UCLA SHOULD easily beat out ND talent wise.

But then we have the KD philosophy.

Good find
This is the kind of mediocre-speak that should infuriate UCLA football fans.

Raise the f'ing bar already Dorrell.
