Fast Food Bruins Nation

I'm going to crank this diary up because I'm swamped at work so I need to keep this short and sweet.  I'm leaving it to all of you to fill this baby up.  Apologies to Eric Schlosser, author of "Fast Food Nation," for perverting his title.

We started this thread yesterday but there are, at least, three things we all love:  Bruin Football (even in the down times), Bruin Basketball, and Fast Food.

If you are currently a student, and not in the dorms, you probably live on fast food.  Don't be afraid to admit it. This site is anonymous and, doggone it, I KNOW you eat a lot of it.

Those of us who are a few years removed from school, well, fast food always has its place:  after a night of "indulging," to cure a hangover, or just to satisfy that fix.

We did a diary on pizza a few months back and that was a great success.  Let's expand it this time to all fast food anywhere, in Westwood, in Pasadena, outside the Rose Bowl after games (think bacon-wrapped dogs), in California, outside California, anywhere.

My vote for best fast food is......well, this is my diary, so I get two picks.

Tommy's in Westwood.  I lived on it for four years and I am better, or maybe, far worse, for it.  Double cheese burgers with the works and extra chili.

In San Diego, where I live--Mexican fast food.  I'm going with Roberto's on Highway 101 in Solana Beach right before you hit Cardiff.  The line outside that place is obscene.  It's like they are giving out $100 bills instead of the best damn carne asada burritos anywhere.

What's your fix?  Don't be shy.  I know you love fast food.  Chick-Fil-A fans, stand up and be heard!  In-N-Out fanatics--and I am NOT one of them--which almost led to my wife divorcing me last week when she found out--I know you are out there, too.  Taco Truck fans--I love you, but PLEASE tell us where they are located so the rest of us can enjoy them, too.

Fire away and GO BRUINS.
