The QB situation

I've posed this question before... why are we not ARMED at the Quarterback position??

We are supposed to be a top-football program... and now we're resorting to guys who have been out of football for two years (probably not a good thing to consider in the future) -- Olson; a QB who was only recruited by SACRAMENTO STATE and one of the Idaho schools -- Cowan; and now a WALK-ON QB who has yet to take a snap... in addition to a frosh who was playing high school ball less than a year ago.

Don't get me wrong, I still think Olson can bounce back, after all he's probably being limited by Dorrell in every way... AND his maturity is probably a plus... I know he was one of the more heavily recruited QBs in the country at one point, but until he proves he's tougher than nails and ceases to be injury prone, he's going to be considered by us all (as the weeks pass by) as one huge flop.

Also, I actually like Cowan... I think he has proven himself in many ways. He's a catalyst, through and through. I like his fire. He may lack the what it takes to be a Heisman candidate or even an NFL QB but he DOES have guts...

However... I pose the question again... here we are, with two injured QBs and we are about to rely on a WALK-ON quarterback quite possibly... I though The Thinker was going to improve recruiting... What the F--K!!!????
