Phone call from Rick Neuheisel

I normally don't answer my phone when my caller ID lists the number calling me as 800, 877, 866 or what have you, but today I was in store for a treat...when I checked my voicemail to see who was peddling what, I was surprised to find out that the call was a message from coach Rick Neuheisel.

The message is a broadcast message that is being sent out to season ticket holders and to whoever else has purchased tickets from the UCLA CTO (I'm assuming).

The message has RN introducing himself and talking about what a great place UCLA is and about playing in the number media 2 market in the US. RN says that the team across town has risen to national prominence and it is time to meet the team across town head on. He also talks about bringing UCLA back to the national stage, and at the end of the call, the message allows you the option to connect to ticket master to renew or sign up for season tickets. Chris Roberts also chimes in the phone message.

Nice message that gets you pumped up about the upcoming season...funny i don't remember getting a message like this when KD was hired.

Go Bruins!
