PB Unleashed: Oregon Second Half Thread
Well ... we are hanging in there. At least our defense is giving us a chance (despite that drive at the end of the first half).
If the offense can find a way to get some drives going and put some points on the board in the 3rd quarter and the defense can find a way to contain Masoli, we just might have a shot at in the fourth quarter.
Here is the box score from first half. Interestingly Bruins lead the time of possession but still got outgained 213 to 93 yards (largely due to Masoli terrorizing the defense early with his read option moves on the ground).
Again if the offense can get something together in the second half ... we might have a shot.
So with that in mind ... here is our second half thread.
GO BRUINS.

we're right in this
but I think we need some points on the opening drive. We need to take some momentum

the good thing about this so far
is that if we can slow Oregon at Autzen, we definitely have a good shot of knocking off ASU in Tempe. Combine that with possible wins vs Stanford, OSU, and UW and we still have a bowl shot even if we don’t come back tonight.

stanford is playing excellent football
they are not the usual weak willed stanford game.

Petros is gay
Notice how many homoerotic statements he’s made tonight? Talking about Lockett’s “muscular build” and how players like it when their helmets fly off so “everyone can see how good looking they are.”

but you can’t question his toughness.

"The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." -Nelson Mandela
they have got to teach craft to read signals
from the sideline, why are we the only team that can’t do this?

For all his heart
he can’t throw the ball downfield and we can’t win without that.

Yes, no disrespect for KC, but how bad is CF?
We need BO back ASAP.
For those who were writing off the remainder of his career — we need him.

we have 2 TO's left
