ASU Video Highlights

Bumped. Thank you again Grok451. GO BRUINS. -N

Coming off of an impressive road trip through Oregon, the question was whether the Bruins would come out a little flat looking ahead to Saturday, despite lining up against the hungry Sun Devils. However,it was clear things were going to go our way early as Love took a charge, wiping out ASU's first two points.

It was one of those, "Uh oh, what's the ref gonna call, charge or block?" Despite ASU later managing to score the first bucket, the Bruins took charge early.

More highlights on the next page.

Star-divide

The key to this game IMHO was the best backcourt in the country, which totalled 16 assists for the game. Westbrook dished out seven in a bid to regain the conference lead:

Not to be outdone, Collison handed out nine of his own to go with his 5-5 shooting for 14 points. Don't miss the sequence where after assisting Love for a three, Collison steals and hits a three of his own to move the lead to 20 points.

But the most impressive assist was by none other than Love. How does he do it? Tom Brady has nothing on the laser accuracy of Love's outlet passes as exemplified by this length of court pass to a streaking Collison for an easy deuce:

Love continues to be a beast on the boards. When he's not getting buckets off assists, he helps himself, scoring on tip-ins, and sacrificing his body fighting for boards:

Nice to see that Shipp is back in form, drilling threes off assists noted before, as well as under pressure of the shot clock:

And he's also hustling on defense:

We got a little bit of a scare when Collison went down after a hard (clean) foul. But he picked himself up and sank the ensuing freethrows.

To round it out, here are the rest of the (ho-hum) scoring highlights:

Lastly, here is the classy and articulate postgame interview with Love:

Hope you all enjoyed the show!

It's been said before...
...but probably not enough.  Thanks, Grok!  Even though I watched the game it's fun to get the highlights without the attendant ESPN or Fox filtering...

Thanks, Grok!
I particularly love the compilations of DC's and RW's assists. Finally, a highlight reel that suits our Warriors' team-first attitude.  I'm never watching SportsCenter again.

Thanks Grok
Hey Grok I just registered specifically so I could say thank you so much for putting these up! I love coming back here and watching your clips after a game at Pauley, it's a lot different from the student section =P. Look forward to many more clips from you, thanks again!

Thanks guys for the props!
I plan to have my PC's raring to go tomorrow, especially to see if I can get some suitable fan shots during the College Gameday broadcast. In the meantime, here's two more 'bonus' videos from last nights game.
