Andy Glockner Loves RW

While I'm not one to put much stock into WWL's college basketball power rankings, this week's had, by far, the best UCLA commentary for weeks. For those that are interested, we came in at #4, behind UNC, Memphis, and Tennessee.

To quote Glockner:

You can't debate Kevin Love's impact on the Bruins. He is two rebounds away from posting 11 straight double-doubles in arguably the nation's best conference that is loaded with quality bigs. What is up for debate is which Russell Westbrook dunk is nastier: The one against Cal or Saturday's against Oregon? Let's go! First, it's nice that someone at WWL recognizes that the Pac-10, and not the over-hyped ACC, is America's best conference.

On a side note, I don't particularly blame the folks at Bristol; I'd be willing to bet if the mental-midgets running the conference dumped JV-quality FSN for the ABC-ESPN-Disney consortium, the Pac-10 would all-of-a-sudden get a lot more love from the "analysts" at WWL.

And second, let's just keep hoping those nasty dunks keep on coming for years to come. Let's go!

P.S. Since I haven't made the 200 word count, does anyone know if there's any chance of FSN broadcasting our game in the Bay Area rather than Washington State's likely drubbing of the woebegone Golden Bears?
