Around SBN: Two Minutes Of Thunder Basketball Wins The Game

Arizona Bonus Package

The big story was a certain freshman: 10 of 11 from the line, 24 total points and 15 rebounds. We saw a lot of this yesterday from the big guy:

Give it to Love and good things happen, like this pass to Luc for a score:

Star-divide

Meanwhile, Collison was hot in the first half, at one point scoring five buckets without a miss like the following:

His biggest shot came in the second half to take the lead back that we wouldn't give up:

Seven of Love's ten free-throws would follow, as he accounted for nine of the last 14 points the Bruins would score. His layup plus the "and-1" free-throw stretched a tenuous 1-point lead to four with a little over three minutes to play.

The key defensive stop of the game followed by Luc's dunk put us up 67-61 with under 2:30 to play. This gave us just enough to escape with a victory, despite giving Arizona one more chance in the closing seconds.

Analysis and commentators
If Billy Packer were about half as smart as he thinks he is, he would be coaching the Bruins and Coach Howland would be muttering insipid comments to the few remaining people who have not adhered to the "Turn The Volume Down" philosophy.

I really don't care what Billy Packer (or Dickie V or any of the other really, really smart people who for some reason don't or can't coach) say about anything.  And once "TTVD" becomes universal, maybe they can convince some AD that they should be coaching basketball.

Seeing Billy Packer being corrected
is always nice.

T-mach, only the textual link video clips worked for me. The embedded images are still; I can't play them.

Ditto for me on the embedded links
Bruinut are you running Vista 64-bit?  Could this be the problem?

If you haven't seen my other post...
The embedded images are just that: still images. I didn't link them to videos.

Packer
Kevin Love is hot, Josh Shipp knows that he is just a bit off.  Its called good team basketball.  I don't think you can call it being tentative if the defense is allowing you to throw it into your big man who time after time will A) get the layup, B) get fouled or C) get the layup and get fouled.  Its all irrelevant anyways, cuz Howland would never throw his players under the bus (as we have seen other coaches in the Pac-10 do).

There's only one ball
Those that want Shipp to "find his offense" have to realize that he does so yesterday at the expense of Love's touches, who was doing great things every time they fed him. It is downright foolish in my estimation to have Shipp force the issue when we had such a sure thing going on inside. Pound it inside until Arizona proves they can stop it, and they couldn't. Sure glad some of these fake coaches out on the internet aren't in charge of our team.

Are you saying . . .

Embedded still images . . .
...are just screen captures. They don't link to videos. Although I could have done that, I was too sleepy.

Anyways, all the video clips I did record are still viewable at the site.

Well, that would explain things,
now, wouldn't it?

I figured that since you had discussed the issue of embedding videos previously, the images meant that you had found a way.

Please ignore all the support@telemachus.com posts. And, get some sleep. Thanks for your great work.
