Floyd's Star Recruit Converts to Mormonism To "Improve" Academics
Shocker out of South Central. Their best recruit who was in serious academic trouble suddenly qualifies for SuC by taking "correspondence courses" at BYU. No report on what those (online?) courses he took through BYU. Virtues of polygamy?

re: Floyd's Star Recruit
I found out that one of the BYU courses was actually applied geometry, where demar had to calculate vectors required to block a last second field goal. Using film from the Las Vegas Bowl got him his A.

I also heard that he took these:
How to Coach College Football (both Norm Chow and DeWayne Walker are former BYU coaches)
How to Win an Outright (not shared) National Championship (see BYU 1984)
US History (Mormon polygamy was gone almost half a century before UCLA was even founded.)
Sounds like more UCLA faithful should look into them.
