There weren't really negotiations
Baron bolted for the Clippers pretty fast. So the Warriors are retaliating by trying to get Brand. If they succeed, it will turn into a lose-lose affair for both teams, since they will overpay for both players. Anyway, Baron’s got his extra money to use on his filmmaking after his basketball career now.
Bay Area Warriors fan currently at UCLA.
