this direct link. Let me know if it works. Also, just to be sure, this is the link to the latest Adobe Flash Player. Try [re]installing. Lastly, what are your symptoms? I’ve noticed that occasionally, it takes a while to buffer the video before you can play it. Perhaps you need to wait a little longer…?
