FSN UCLA Bruins Football Preview

A Neu Era

FSN Prime Ticket previews the upcoming season. The following clips give reasons for hope as well as reasons to be realistic about the upcoming season.

In the words of FSN's Petro Papadakis, "Karl Dorrell left UCLA in shambles." (clip on that below) First up, the obvious attitude change in Bruin Football.

CRN talks about Norm Chow, players to look at, and expectations for the season. We are overjoyed that Norm Chow is the new the offensive coordinator. However, but there are significant challenges on the offensive line. There is depth at running back and the kicking game should be solid. Spotlight on freshman Derrick Coleman. The strength of the team is defense. Spotlight on Reggie Carter. Regardless about how you might feel about Petros Papadakis, he succinctly nails the futility of the last five years as a preface to his analysis of the coming season.

So there you have it, courtesy FSN Prime Ticket. I look forward to seeing this team improve every week, show character on and off the field, and win or lose, show us the true heart of a Bruin.

watched this the other night

Petros was on point with his analysis. I also STILL get emotional whenever i hear Derrick Coleman’s story.

Petros

I get that lot of UCLA fans don’t like him and he has said his share of silly comments here and there. But his commentary during football games have grown on me and his observations in this case was on point.

Thanks again Tele!

Thanks, T-mach

Watching those 10 clips was like drinking 10 straight espressos. Let the games begin.

Can't believe no one mentioned

Looks like we are no longer stuck with Soto as host.

I gotta admit..

Petros is an OK guy by me. Even with his past at USC, He’s proved to me that he’s not only fair, but usually spot on.
