Carroll runs a tight ship
Shareece Wright, a starting cornerback for USC, was charged with resisting arrest at a party last weekend, and will not be punished by the team.
USC starting cornerback Shareece Wright faces a felony charge of resisting a police officer after being detained at a party last weekend in Colton, 55 miles east of Los Angeles, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.
The newspaper reported Friday that several people were arrested overnight Sunday morning, though Wright wasn't among them. Charges were later filed against him and three others by the district attorney of San Bernardino.
Trojans coach Pete Carroll has said Wright, a junior, wouldn't be punished as a result of the incident.
Apparently committing a felony isn't enough to get yourself in trouble in South Central. But I mean, who really thought Petey would suspend a starter before the biggest game of the year. Winning is everything right?

Classic!
Well at least he wasn’t seen speaking to the Legendary John Wooden.
Now THAT would be something worth investigating.

The reference to Coach is remarkable
Coach was prepared to kick Bill Walton off the team for not getting haircut. Cheatie Petie is not even the same species as Coach.
