New College Football Rankings Out

New ranking are out - $c at #9 ahead of Georgia and Florida. Thoughts?

Honestly

Georgia got the worst of it. After all, they did lose to what is now the number 2 team. They should be above $C for sure. Florida should have dropped below both of them. Georgia has a lot of time to impress with their schedule and so does Florida. $C doesn’t really play any one and I doubt they are going to beat up on the PAC-10 enough to be in the NC game.

I actually think that $C is going to get beaten again. It’s not a question of them not preparing or looking ahead, its more a question of their consistency. Once they lose again, they will drop precipitously.

That is how I felt – GA got a raw deal. I know they were down 31-0 at the half, but this is ALABAMA. $c was down 21-0 to Oregon State people! Big difference. Florida lost at home to a team with much less talent so I agree with them being lower.

I think $c will lose again too. Let’s hope it happens against UCLA! One can always hope… :)
