Finally

Corona Centennial in the house! You realize that CC has been one of the top 10 programs in Socal this decade (http://calpreps.com/California_dynasty_ratings.htm, 4 CIF championships, and almost beat De La Salle in the D1 state bowl game this past year) and this is the first kid to even get a frikkin offer to UCLA. Thanks for ignoring us Dorrell, Neuheisel knows whats up..

I thought I heard that or read that somewhere.

Scott is the coach at Compton Centennial

Marvray is from Corona Centennial. It should be interesting to see if having Scott at Compton Centennial can lead a couple of their recruits to us though.

Can See Why ...

…he would jump at our offer. From Scout it looks like he has only average size and speed and his offers are only from MWC and service academies. He’s got a good GPA though; probably is a guy with good character.
Hopefully, he runs his routes well and has great hands.

His speed is better than what is listed on the scout site

he was running into a headwind.

I love guys that get service academy offers and have good grades. You know you aren’t going to have any trouble with them. Also, he has wanted to be a bruin his whole life and said earlier that he would accept the offer from CRN before CRN even completed the sentence.

He’s a great get. He will have a breakout year this year.

Glad to hear it about the speed

Didn’t mean any slight to service academies. I was very close to choosing USNA myself, and my half-brother and his wife both went there.

This is a very old story

Nunes committed to Tenn. a while ago after UCLA went with Brehaut over Tenn. We have discussed this in detail during the summer. You can go through our archives and get caught up.
