I'm glad it wasn't just me feeling the heat. I'll admit, I left at halftime because I couldn't stand the heat. Can't say the beers helped with the heat...

WEIRD!

I’ve been to MUCH worse games as far as heat is concerned (anybody remember Michigan in 1999?)…and all the Fresno St fans in the North endzone should have been used to MUCH higher temperatures!

Holly Cow!

That Michigan game was over the top. I remember the temp. on the field was 110.

It was 2000

The word “sweltering” comes to mind. But, the outcome of the game refreshed me greatly.

It WAS weird...

because I have been to hotter games too temperature wise, but there was something about the heat that day. It just felt different and I was sitting there with a cold towel on my neck. It completely dehydrated me to the point where I had to drink at least 3 margaritas afterwards. :)

At least this week is at 7:15 so that should be pleasant!

GO BRUINS!!!

heat did not follow a pattern of age/gender. I wonder if the heat related problems followed a pattern of party affiliation? I’d be pretty hot under the collar if my VP candidate didn’t know who HAMAS was. (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/cenk-uygur/the-worst-sarah-palin-cli_b_130761.html)

That's not fair

That’s just a case of gotcha journalism. Katie Couric should have provided Palin with a list of questions at least a week before the interview so that she could prepare and appear to have a clue. How dare she expose the Vice Presidential nominee’s lack of knowledge? Oh, that big bad mainstream media. How long before she channels CTS with a “that’s foreign policy 101” comment?

Anyway, let’s not go down that road and keep things apolitical here…but man, she does provide so much good material. Maybe Nestor will provide a moratorium for a month? :)
