MLS Super Draft (sans UCLA?)
Okay, I missed the draft last week. But I was in hotel the other day and I saw a quick title about UCLA and MLS in USA Today, but I didn't get to read the details. So I searched for the draft results, looking for any UCLA connection, but I found no such connection. It looks like nobody was drafted from UCLA.
Is this for real? I know that we have a high representation already in the league, but not to have any in this draft is sad. Maybe one year is an aberration, I'd rather not see this become a trend. Coach Salcedo, what is going on?
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

Two players would have been picked in the top 2 rounds
but they decided not to sign with MLS. Michael Stephens is considering returning to school, but may end up in Europe and Brad Rusin is looking to play in Europe.

Because Rye
is actually Dan Guerrero!
I love saying that. :)
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.
