Last Snapshot till Signing Day (02/04)

No matter what the results are, all Bruin fans should be ecstatic about the relentless effort put forth by the entire coaching staff. Our staff has been racking up the mileage heading towards Signing Day. CRN was also at the game last night where there was a contingent of 2010 recruits. In addition, we are going toe to toe for talent against suc. Something that did not happen under the prior regime. There has been a definite transformation of the UCLA FB culture.

Bruins are in still in serious contention for many recruits including Hasek and Te'o. I'm thrilled that we are no longer a Speed Bump but a Road Block to suc. We have yet to prove it on the field, but we should all feel confident that it is only a matter of time. The combination of top notch coaching and increased talent will result in lots of W's for the Blue & Gold.

Edited your post because the article is no longer free. But note Hasek is ~~no longer committed~~ listed as soft verbal to Cal.

Also, so much for the perception that Chow didn’t care much about recruiting. Chow has been all over the place helping CRN putting on the full court press. It means couple of things to me. Chow either loves recruiting and/or it shows how much he cares about getting the rebuilding project done at UCLA (which undercuts the theory that he is just here to pass the time and collect the paycheck he is getting from the Titans).

Exciting stuff.
