I guess we now know why WWL defends JustSC's sterling reputation in their behavior towards women.

personally, i think this is all overblown (no pun intended)
ESPN is a huge corporation in the middle of nowhere with thousands of employees. The fact that some of these employees have had sex with each other may get TMZ-Sports (also known as Deadspin) a ton of page hits, but I’d hardly call it scandalous.
There are a myriad of reasons to dislike ESPN. This one, in my opinion, is pretty far down the list. Actually, for me personally, reading that link gives me more reason to dislike what Deadspin has become moreso than the World Wide Leader.
Also, while it’s quite evident that ESPN and USC are in bed together, I can’t say that I recall ESPN actually defending USC’s actions when it comes to women. They might ignore some of the stories (Mark Sanchez), but I don’t know if they’ve actually defended any. I know the LA Times initially defended Ray Maualuga when he grinded on Erin Andrews, but I don’t remember ESPN doing the same. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
