Oh no, for a couple of years
But we found out yesterday that Mr. BB’s sister (another UCLA alum) is expecting a baby in June. Maybe I can coordinate with her at some point to take a picture of Jonathan and his cousins in UCLA clothes.

It’s harder to pose a baby than you think. It reminds me of one of my favorite lines from “The Simpsons.” Marge is trying to get Homer to swear less, so she tells him how her dad had to put money in a swear jar everytime someone caught him. As she said, “He swore a blue streak when he got out of the Navy. It almost cost him his job as a baby photographer.”

Cherish these moments. You will turn around some day and he will be 17, applying to UCLA, and getting ready to live away from home.
I love this picture including the blurred hand. It tells me that he moves to his own beat and just decided to waive at Joe Bruin. A baby’s spontaneity is a wonderful thing. …. until he starts to take spoonfuls of strained carrots and throws them around. But, that won’t happen for a while.
