Figured I'd FanShot this since we played UT earlier in the season. I am thankful that we do not have this type of thing going on within our program.

You can take the coach away from Peetey but you can't take the Peetey away from the coach.

Like Peetey, he’s probably already recruited the nation’s #1 legal defense team.

I can't take joy in this

considering my fondness for the people of the great state of Tennessee. I will however, watch with keen eye how Lame Kiffin handles this. After all, we all know how his mentor Cheat Carroll would deal with this.

Ditto on the not taking joy...

I’m having a harder and harder time participating in schadenfreude when it appears that more than anything, these kids need more guidance. I was reading about some of the “rehab” that LeGarrett Blount at Oregon is working through and I sincerely hope these kids are getting the same level of life coaching.

Go Bruins!

Not taking pleasure in anything. Just passing on the story.

I too, went to the UT game, enjoyed the wonderful company of UT Nation, and have been generally pulling for the Vols notwithstanding Kiffen.

It is the Gator fans who forward the link to me who are taking pleasure in this because Kiffen “stole” Richardson from the Gators, which was the beginning of all of Kiffen’s offseason antics vis-a-vis Florida.

Gator fans

Given the kind of program Urban Meyer is running …. don’t have a lot of room to talk when it comes to this type of issues.

You are correct.

They don’t have any room to talk. I hate the Gators, but several , by chance, happen to be close friends. On a different note, I have never seen more hand-wringing and bitching among fans of an undefeated, #1 team in my entire life. Quite frankly, the Gators have been spoiled by their own success.

I've been to a lot of football and basketball road games, bowl games, tournament games

None were more abrasive or classless than the Gator fans in back to back Final Fours. Before we even lost to them in Indy, I already didn’t like them.

Is it sad

that the first thing I thought of when I heard about their getaway and pellet gun was this?
