BN Basketball Podcast Is a Go! Tomorrow (Tuesday) 6 pm PST
You've heard our football podcast, but with basketball season coming up, it's time to introduce our basketball podcast. I will be back again for our basketball podcast, but you can get over that and listen anyways because bruinhoo will be joining me on a weekly basis. We have some great things planned for you guys as we'll bring in some cool guests throughout the season and do everything possible to make sure that the podcast is a ton of fun and as informative of a UCLA basketball podcast out there. With our extraordinarily young team, there will be plenty talk about and a lot of great topics so make sure you tune in each week.
This week's podcast is tomorrow at 6 pm PST. We're going to take a quick look at the game, but more than anything, get an idea for what to expect out of this season. What should you keep an eye on? What's the best case scenario for the Bruins and what is the worst case scenario? Also, where do some of the Pac-10's other teams stand and where do the Bruins fit in there? We'll also take some of your calls so follow these directions and share your thoughts or pose your questions.
1) Call (724) 444-7444
2) Enter the Call ID 68618 and press # afterward
3) When asked for your PIN, press 1#
4) Talk to us!
So remember guys, tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6 pm PST. We'll also have a live thread here on BN for those who can't get a call in. You can listen to the show live by clicking play in the box above and can listen to it anytime after the show by clicking that same play button or by heading over to iTunes.. Just 25 hours after our show, the Bruins' season will begin with Concordia at Pauley Pavilion so now is the time to hop on for the basketball ride and you might as well do it along with us, your fellow Bruins.

Possible starting lineups
Rye, I’ll try to call in tomorrow, but I may be unavailable. You probably were going to talk about this already, but here is a good topic for you to explore. What do you think the starting lineup / depth chart will look like (assuming everyone is healthy.
Here is my fearless prediction:
PG: JA, ML, MAH
SG: ML, MR, MM
SF: ND, TH, MM
PF: JK, RN, ND, BL
C: DG, JMM, AS
I think with the relative youth of this team, CBH will definitely start at least two of the three seniors. ND will likely be the go to scorer at the beginning of the season and the lack of backup depth seems to imply that ND would drop to small forward. Hopefully this is the year JK finally puts it all together and becomes the McDonald’s all american he was at the high school level.
I look forward to your show tomorrow.

Because our first real tests
don’t come until Thanksgiving week, we’re going to use the shows up until then to preview the team. Tomorrow won’t be the most in-depth preview. It’s going to be more of an opportunity to look at the big picture of the season, but we will get into the things you mentioned. We’ll do that and an in-depth look at the entire roster between tomorrow and Thanksgiving week so when the season gets really competitive, everyone is ready to go.

What does everyone think of the time?
The options are 6 pm PST, 6:30, 7 or 7:30. Which works best for all of you to listen or call in? What time would you prefer?
