UCLA coach Ben Howland and assistant Donny Daniels watched some of the Lakers' practice. Howland then met with former Bruins guard Jordan Farmar for a few minutes after the Lakers completed their workout.
Always great to see when two of my sports world converge in the same place. Now only if MJD can somehow end up with the Niners ...

An intriguing possibility.
The Niners are another. But despite my love for the Niners, I think it would be wrong for them to come to LA. They are a bay area institution.
Also, hope the Raiders don’t return to LA, but if they do, at least the Trojans bandwagon would immediately lighten up.
Minnesota Vikings would do well in LA as well, and with the turn around they’ve had with Brett Favre, they would be really fun to watch.
