Football Podcast, Prepping for the Huskies (7 pm PST)
Can the Bruins get back in the win column this Saturday? I think so and I'll tell you why tonight, while Josh will share his perspective on the game. I saw some very promising signs last weekend against Oregon St. so we'll recap that game, but there are some issues that haven't gotten any better and we'll take a look at those two. We'll go in-depth with the review, then in-depth with the preview and we bring in John Berkowitz from UWDawgPound.com to help us with that part.
As is becoming the norm now, you can call in with your thoughts or questions. Just follow these four steps:
Step one: Call (724) 444-7444
Step two: Enter the call ID, 65238#
Step three: Enter 1# as your PIN
Step four: Talk to us!
We look forward to hearing your thoughts and questions and if you can't get on the phone for a call, you can do all the talking, questioning and commenting here on the open thread. We'll try to address comments brought up here as well. As always, you can listen live by clicking play above or you can listen afterward by clicking play or by checking out iTunes.

can you please ask John
If it is not too late to pose questions: how many games would the Huskies have won last year if Locker didn’t get hurt?

lets hope so
Guess the cynical side of me thinks Prince is looking good bc he is going up against our vanilla defense. :-) I hope those guys show me up. Thanks again for the podcast guys. Sorry I haven’t been able to contribute in live threads. Hopefully next week. See you in am.

wow
seriously? I was actually leaning on the idea that Locker was their bowl barrier last year

LOL...I think it was more Willingham...
Willingham was definitely a bowl barrier. Last years team minus jake was terrible…with Jake it would have still been sub .500. This years edition seems to be a lot better up to this point.

That makes sense then
Coming out of left field… Look at the recruiting he left Charlie Weis with, he might have sucked at winning, but could you at least say that he is a good recruiter?
