Thank you so much for this!

I’ve been wondering where I could pick up some high quality Nike shop rags for when I work on my car.

Careful

your going to scratch it. Might as well use it as shower mats.

it's all good.

greasy tools and dirty car parts don’t care if they get scratched up.

Cloth diapers for Jonathan!

I use disposable, but I’d consider this kind of cloth if I can get it cheap!

Careful to leave the label up

and the trojan symbol facing his button. If not, someone might consider it child abuse with Jonathan wearing that thing.

Somewhere I have a pic of U$C stuff at 75% up.

The worst thing about being a classics major at UCLA is having to hear about the #@*#$@*&% Trojans every damn day.

Who would want them even on sale?

When ever I and my kids go into stores and see ketchup and mustard clothes, we turn the first garment around so that no one can see those horrible letters together. We do that at any store – sports and clothing stores. It is a fun family activity.

It's nice that a community service can also be a family fun activity

Being in Tampa, I am spared the constant reminder of the existence of that place. I will, however, adopt your family fun activity whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I'm all for that kind of family activity

Like Fox, I too am exiled and enjoy not having the constant reminders that such a place exists. But I will have to consider this for when my little guy gets older.

OMG

That is SO funny! My mom and I have a similar fun family activity. We put UCLA gear in front of the $c gear wherever we can. We try and act all slick – pick up a UCLA hat to look at it and “accidentally” put it back in front of a trOJan hat. We do this with those damn chips at the market too. No one wants to see those ugly red and yellow chips so we cover them up! LOL

GO BRUINS!!!

Me and my boy...

do the same thing whenever we can. One time a clerk asked us what we were doing as we were ‘rearranging’ an entire display of college-themed merchandise.

Glad to see that others share in this family fun activity.

Me too.

I did it just last week at Old Navy in Santa Monica.

They have retro style sports Ts and in the boys section the torso model was sporting a South Central T. I put a UCLA T over it to cover those ugly colors.

they’re going to offer them free before I would take them off their hands… even then, it would just be for fireplace fuel :-)
