ESPN wants Russell Westbrook in the dunk contest...LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!

Bumped. We can never get enough of RW. GO BRUINS. -N

Mr. Papp from Welcome to Loud City (SB Nation blog for the Thunder) posted this in the fanshot section but i thought it would get more views here. Lets make it happen!

Apparently we aren't the only one's who think Russell Westbrook should be in the 2009 Sprite Slam Dunk Competition. Ted Bauer (of ESPN) has asked us to help with his online petition to get Russell Westbrook into the 2009 Sprite Slam Dunk contest. Rudy Gay will be absent from the contest due to injury. You can read about it here: Ted Bauer's ESPN Article. Once you check that out, be sure to sign the petition and see if we can't get Russ in there, you can find the link here: Russell Westbrook 2009 Sprite Slam Dunk Petition. Check out the full post for some awesome RW Slams!

Here is the article on espn. THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!!!!

EVERYONE THAT READS BN NEEDS TO GET ON THIS.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

Done

Can’t believe they didn’t include him. Don’t quite understand the Rudy Fernandez over Westy deal.
