OSU @ UCLA Video Highlights
Alfred Aboya looked a little too amped early, picking up two fouls in less than four minutes and spent most of the first half riding the pine. He settled down in the second half, scoring nine points, but gave us a little scare with his last shot. He seemed fine the post-game interview, though. Hope his parents are enjoying their trip while getting a crash course in basketball and everything American. What better way to start, but on the UCLA campus.
Josh Shipp had a career high 27 points for the game and was nearly perfect in the first half, carrying the team through an uneven start and busting the Beaver zone.
The Bruins rode the 24-point halftime lead to victory with Blake Arnet scoring a three-pointer with 15 seconds left in the game.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

It might be me but
the first half highlghts got stuck near the beginning. I scrolled forward and then lost sound. The other two worked fine for me.

Yep, there seems to be a problem
I’ll re-upload overnight and fix the link in the morning. A little bit late, right now :)
In the meantime, if you scroll past the stuck part, the video seems to play, but the sound is off.

For some, no sound is a plus
Thanks for the great highlights.

Announcers
These are home announcers. They like the Bruins. They were praising the Bruins. There was nothing wrong with anything either of them said. Alas, much of the time they were telling stories, or making predictions, etc. Often they kept their stories going through the play. Sure, I know it’s not radio, and it isn’t necessary to call a game like Chick used to do on the simulcast.
And my conclusion stands. I can’t have the sound on. I miss the squeaks, and I miss the crowd noise, but with the sound off I can watch the game without the distracting blather.
These are our guys, on our home floor. It should have been tolerable, but alas for me it wasn’t. I guess my geezerness is now ultra-confirmed.

maybe its just me
but for me its going to be so weird seeing the last group from the original Ben Ball Warriors leave. From JF, AA, PAA, DC, JS,LRMM, LMR, RW, etc. its good to see them doing their thing in the nba, but still its going to be weird seeing those 3 walk on senior night

I was thinking that last night
When JS signed, IIRC, we were at the tail end of Howland’s first year, with a second sub-.500 year in a row. All we had then (besides a great coach) was the hope that this recruiting class would be the one to turn around our program. It’s amazing how far we’ve come since then.

when PAA fell down in the first highlight
and seemed like he needed a moment
i love how coach just went over and seemed to get in his grill.
he didn’t even offer him a hand to get up.
it seemed like he was saying “you all right? now get up you big baby! your parents are watching you!”
i love how our coach trains our team like football players.
