Incoming Ben Ball warrior MM talks about playing for Team USA in this weekend's Nike Hoop Summit, facing international competition and playing in front of friends and family at the Rose Garden. The folks at OregonLive.com has the story here. Can't wait to see MM in Bruin Blue. GO BRUINS.

Just A Thought
But I’ve noticed that quite a bit, if not all, of the stories, quotes and interviews regarding our incoming freshman have been from MM. I know a lot of people have pointed to DG and ML as our future vocal leaders, but I see it a little differently.
DG has clearly been a presence both on and off the court and it is clear that he is the next AA as well as the anchor of this team for the years to come. But I see ML as more a a DC, PAA, or RW. He is someone who brings it each and every possession and leads by example, but off of the court (and again I have no idea what goes on inside of that locker room; I am just going off of media reports), I don’t see him act with the same intensity.
Point is some players are only comfortable on the court and others, like DG, will find the nearest camera, teammate, mirror, etc and let it know exactly how he feels. MM seems very comfortable in the media representative role, and I wonder if it will be be him and DG leading the charge in the locker room while ML, JA, TH, and the rest take care of business on the hardwood.
