Guys-

Before you put something up on BN, please take a look around to make sure what you are sharing hasn't already been posted. It's not that difficult to do.

If you are going to post something that has already been shared please show the courtesy to person who has already posted it and then share any new perspective/information you are bringing to the topic that merits its posting on BN.

Otherwise repeat posting of same topic will get deleted.
