Continuing the tradition began by one of our former great players, Karl Dorrell (who disappeared off the face of the earth for several years, only to re-emerge as an assistant to someone in the NFL), it's time to recognize a birthday:

Happy Birthday to Coach Howland. The birthday present I would give to him if I could is a large box of patience with Bruin fans who expect his teams to win every game 140-0, and always go undefeated.
