In case there was any doubt about the overlap between Laker Nation and Bruin Nation, here is the official congratulations from UCLA's website. GO BRUINS.

Love it
Key contributions in every playoff series from Jordan and Trevor. The Lakers really earned this one.
Great to be a basketball fan in L.A.
10 of the 15 Lakers Championships in L.A.and 11 more for the Bruins. 21 in all.
We are blessed to enjoy the greatest basketball teams in the world on both a professional and collegiate level. And the two greatest coaches, Phil on the professional side, right behind the greatest basketball coach of all time, Coach John Wooden.
Congratulations, Lakers!!
Basketball Coaches & Life Coaches...
It was interesting to hear John Ireland, on 710 ESPN Radio, compare Coach Jackson to Coach Wooden, today…I believe it is true what he said that both Coach Wooden and Jackson are basketball and life coaches. They both have shown the ability to shape the lives of the young men they’ve coached throughout their careers, both on and off the court…To suceed in one, you must also learn to suceed in the other…
It was great to see the Lakers bring the trophy back to LA, now hopefully the Bruins can do the same in the coming years…
Sweet indeed!
So happy for Trevor and Jordan…gaining invaluable experience.
Also, I don’t know why, but when I see Luke Walton I see a Bruin. Unfortunately order had not been restored in the galaxy when he came out of high school, so he ended up with the Mildcats. But in terms of temperament and, HELLO, legacy…he just feels like a Bruin to me. Can you imagine him under Ben Howland? Man…that would have been sweet.
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.
He definitely has some Bill in him
but he might be a bit better looking…maybe it’s just not wearing tie-dye and no beard…
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.
