A couple of questions
Why would Obama choose to speak there, of all places? There are high schools far more deserving. And what on earth possessed the geniuses running things at ASU to choose to pass on the honorary degree? I am not an Obama fan, but he’s still the President for crying out loud.
It would be interesting to see who ASU has given honorary degrees to in the past. I’m sure there are some questionable choices.
I suspect there are a zillion plays of this at UA this week.

Four of my cousins graduated from there…
My aunt is a professor there…
And I still can’t find a way to defend the school…
