Rift? [Unstubtantiated Attack/Rumor Mongering Re. Neuheisel/Chow]
This morning I decided to read UW's Dawg Blawg, or whatever they call it, and I came across this:
"6. UCLA...A 3-0 start and a victory at Tennessee gives these guys the benefit of the doubt, but SDSU is terrible and so is KSU. The Bruins struggled against both opponents and if Tennessee hadn't self destructed so terribly they wouldn't have beaten them. Rumors floating out of LA this week indicate that Neu and Chow aren't getting along well."
I don't know the source of this investigative journalism, but has anyone read about dissent between Coach Neu and Coach Chow?
Personally, I can care less about their perception of us as the 6th best team in the Pac-10, but I would like to know where these "rumors" came from.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

The only thing
I heard was that Chow and Neuheisel had a little difference of opinion on whether Craft or Brehaut should start. It didn’t sound like anything nasty or anything…
It appears to be a complete garbage and unsubtantiated claim
We have sent an email to John Berkowitz of UDubDawgPound requesting him to provide a link or cite to a credible source substantiating his rumors.
He has not been able to offer any credible citation whatsoever. This seems to be rumor mongering and smearing on the part of John B, which is unfortunate b/c I have a lot of respect for him.
I'll put my money on no link or source will be provided.
Anything negative posted by a UW blogger about CRN without a source is going to raise a red flag with me in the credibility department.
Whoa
Flashback there, totally forgot about CRN and Washington.. wow mah bad

I sincerely hope it's not true.
We have worked to hard and come to far to fall apart to the same kind of vanity that Drove (drives) Cheat Carroll.
A coach is someone who can give correction without causing resentment. John Wooden
how would a writer in Washington
have any inside information on the relationship between CRN and CNW?
This is 50% speculation and 50% BS.

There is nothing to "hope" for here ...
because the assertion is without any basis of facts. Don’t dignify garbage like that.
I love it
that nobody is giving these kids props. I want them to have a chip on their shoulders. I can’t wait to play some more ex-TrOJans. By the way, nice win over Idaho UDub. I voted them #3 in my all important poll of teams about to fall back into obscurity. Posts like that reek of insecurity. They also reek of BS.
ya, these folks reading too much between the lines, mainly hopeful wishing
so they weren’t 100% on the same page on the qb situation, who cares? crn says maybe they would try a 2 qb platoon and then chow responds the next day with i’m not a 2 qb guy…. that’s all that’s there, and a bunch of unhealthy disdain for crn by u-dub fans. apparently the “jump to your own conclusions mat” are selling like warm biscuits in seattle…
Across The Face
I think that might even be a bit of a mis-quote
Some two quarterback systems swap quarterbacks depending on the play call. I’m pretty sure that’s what Chow doesn’t like. I think Neuheisel was saying that if he had a safe opportunity with a big lead he would try to get some playing time for the QB that didn’t start.
I think they are still very much on the same page but Washington is trying to stir something up.
U-Dub
gets a GREAT win over USC, now they’re ranked & ruining it by talking trash,… SAD. How many times have we seen this before? It’ll all go sideways for UW before we beat them at the Rose Bowl.
BTW: You can't spell Trojan without OJ. UCLA GO FIGHT WIN BABY!
U dub
USC was beat at their own game… literally. Sarkisian left the playbooks on Petey’s desk. You think he was going to change any progressions? They knew the plays before they USC players did.
I’m not complaining, but they couldn’t have gotten so good to outwork USC for 60 minutes in just 1 year, even with the Tebow in Purple
