BN Gameday: San Diego State Second Half Thread
All right the last overflow thread was certainly good mojo for the defense.
Our offense has slowed down a bit in second half. So throwing another one up to jump start the offense. For the latest stats here is the box score from WWL.
Let's get this team locked up and out of reach.
GO BRUINS.

No. 3 Okla. down; losing to BYU
late 4th Q, FReshman QB trying to keep Okla in the BCS hunt
Easy money and faithless women, red-eye whiskey for the pain...
In other news, Virginia f'ing lost to William and Mary
I’ll say it again, Al Groh is nothing more than a rich man’s Karl dorrell
Wow I didn’t even know they had a football team.
Oh UCLA you sweet bitch, you've BRUINed me for anything else.

Three and out for SDSU again
allright offense, let’s hold onto the ball for a bit, give the D a rest.
Prince is a freshman
We are getting reminded of that. And I think it’s necessary to be mindful of that because this game is going to be microcosm of the season: a roller coaster.

My thoughts exactly!
GO BRUINS!

But it's ok, OK
because the media loves you and you will get credit for “losing early”

Upsets are fun.!
Esp. when it is a team that upset us last year. You know no one on the east coast gives BYU any props.
dang...no TV at the reception bar
Please keep the updates coming, folks. :-(

They get it right sometimes
Though Barry Sanders is the only one I can think of in the last 20 years.

another reason
the running game is so crucial.
it would be nice to hand it to DC a few times and move some chains and eat up clock.

Vinney
Has done a real good job since coming in for Hester. In fact I think he has settled the other CB position down.
I wonder what the spread will be next week
against Tenn? any predictions?
Tenn won big today
my guess is around -9 or -10
Our defense
They seemed to be getting stronger and more physical as the game is developing. That’s a good trend. Again it helps that offense can get some first downs.
Would love to see the offense finish strong in this coming drive with some first downs.
FAHK
PICKS will kill us, need to knock that stuff off
we need a RB to break one loose !!!
to end this game.
Let's get one more TD here fellas
Definitely want to close strong and on a good note
FCK
…. new tailback rotation,,
Franklin, Coleman, Knox
Go FCK!

what happens with RB ramirez?
when he comes back? does he ride pine?
In some ways
Kevin Prince has played like a freshman. This is reminding me of watching Cade McNown in many ways (when he would do wonderful things and then mix in with freshman mistakes). But what is clear is that he has the tools (Craft bless his heart but he simply didn’t have the athletcism to be a starting QB).
Any chance we get in the end zone again?
Or are we gonna sit on this ball if we get it back?
Isn't it about time
for some gratuitous sideline shots of a pre-med student?

Rahim Moore is cheating the game

As an LA Rams fan
Wasn’t it Jack Youngblood who played in the Super Bowl with a broken leg? Whoever it was, he had a fibula fracture. I wouldn’t rec the same for Hester, but NFL guys are crazy.

Ballgame
Way to go, Bruins!!! Cue Rover!
There were some rough patches, but there was a lot more promise than we have seen in a while.

Solid effort.
Must do better next week.
I wish nothing but the best to SDSU this season. Hope they make some noise in the MWC.
Good/Bad/Not too ugly
A win is a win and I am now PUMPED about this season. Go Bruins!

Go Huskies
I am happy with our start to the season. We obviously did not show all our cards as mentioned above, I thought Prince looked very share at times and very composed for not playing in a game, for a long time. I think if we can show up with a better defense next week, we have a good chance of staying with the Vols, however I must say the most displeasing thing by far and has been a trend for too long with our football team is the lack of killer instinct, the play calling in the end get’s soft and predictable, which is very frustrating to me.
Go Bruins!
Any word on Prince
I thought it strange that Brehaut was used in this game, burning his redshirt year, but moreso because of whether it’s a case of Neuheisel disappointed in Prince’s second half performance or if he’s more hurt than he’s letting on.
