Schlabach on ESPN - "Carroll BOUGHT Cali cool back to USC"
Best Freudian slip I've ever seen! Mark Schlabach (presumably) intends to title his article "brought" but fails in the most correct way possible...

Lol, lol, lol, lol, lol, lol...
It seems even when the MSM tries desperately to fawn all over Cheatie Peatey, they can't help but get things right once in a while. Keep on telling it like it is Mark! (whether you see it that way or not)
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

That's perfect
Kind of like yesterday when something cut off the last part of the subject line. What started as “Jill Painter lost her brains over Petie” ended up as “Jill Pinter lost her bra.” Which is exactly like what her article sounded like.
Boy oh boy, does Dr. Sigmund still make his presence known.
The Trojies won't notice the error ...
so it will be interesting to see how long it takes ESPN to amend the headline.
LOL.

Oh...
Looks like they fixed it. Oh well. The truth stands triumphant over typos.
Victory or until next year!
Good point
I wonder if ESPN has ever changed an article heading TO a typo before?

I haven't (and won't) read the article, but it sounds like the author says that Cheatie was "Cali cool."
I assume “Cali cool” is a hip way that Cheatie acted like the author thought all cool people in California should act. Or perhaps he’s talking about the coolness associated with Cali, Colombia. (That’s the problem with hip-ese: It makes communication difficult by removing precision. “So, like, two plus two is like 13 or Georgia, or like, whatever. It doesn’t matter if I actually communicate exactly what I mean, because that’s, like, cool too.”)
Anyway, is I have guessed what the hip author is trying to say, I must disagree. I don’t think it’s cool, either in California or anywhere else, to cheat. It’s not cool to act the way Cheatie acted. It’s not cool to be a disgraceful person. But if the author thinks it’s cool, that’s like, OK, because I won’t, like, buy his paper and contribute to his, like, salary anyway. Or whatever.
What about
that kid who went blind, and was highlighted on every SUC broadcast? I’m serious. He has to feel devastated.
