WSU @ UCLA Video Highlights
Bruins Show Signs of Life
After nearly snatching defeat from the jaws of victory Thursday against Washington, the Bruins overcame the Saturday Slump with a pretty decent win over WSU. Mustafa Abdul-Hamid followed up Thursday night's heroics scroing eight straight points during a 2-minute span during the first half.
More after the jump.
It was a team effort, though, with three Bruins in double-figures and three with 8-9 points. While James Keefe did not score, he had three blocks and took a charge mid-way through the second half that seemed to really pump up the Bruins. A much maligned Nikola Dragović got untracked, shooting 3 of 4 from 3-point range on his way to 18 points. Tyler Honeycutt, second in rebounds with 8, continues to improve and seems to be getting more and more comfortable. Full video hightlights follow.
Let's savor our two-game winning streak and hope the team is truly headed in the right direction.
Go Bruins!

You are amazing
I don’t have a T.V., so thank you for the countless times you post the highlights. Really appreciate it, glad you’re on our team. :)
Loving the passing and finishing around the rim…crossing my fingers for the rest of the season.
Can I ask
what your hardware/software setup is that allows you to do this so damn quickly? GO TELE.
Hardware's nothing special
The software (VideoRedo) I use allows me to edit while I’m recording, which is really where the time-saving occurs.
I have a hauppage 1600 and use the wintv software to watch...
the crap looks all grainy – what are you using? (sorry for the OT)
I also have the HVR-1600
However, I use Beyond TV to record. The analog picture is grainy, but the compression upon uploading tends to smooth it out some.
Did you happen to see ML breaking a defender's ankles...
and being called for an offensive foul around mid court? From my vantage point, he didn’t touch the guy.
in fron of student section....
so i saw it first hand and then on a replay from TV table. He has his arm out, like any dribbler would, so there was “contact.” However, we totally broke the guy’s ankles, and the arm was not the reason why the guy fell. Bad call but i can see why the ref thought it was a foul. Street ball move.
GO BRUINS!!! CHEER LIKE CHAMPIONS!!!
Thanks, Tele
Wasn’t able to see the game or to follow it on BN.
OK, I'm all for that.
I think I have karma issues, though. When I watch, things don’t go well. It seems that when I turn the set on, it’s like Coach Howland puts me in and tells me to guard the other team’s best guy. Maybe I ought to defer the dish until we get a sweep next week end and are finally over .500.
Great work Tele
I didn’t get to see the game, so catching up with your highlights package is a big help. I can see why everybody got excited after these last two games. I’m happy to see crisp passing, decisive cuts, and some hustle on the Defensive end.
Let’s invade the Costco Center and keep our undefeated streak there alive peeps.

I heard that!
That’s ridiculous. I think that was deserving the middle finger salute.
