Here's the press conference from earlier today where Brian Price declared for the NFL Draft. Pay special attention to what Frank has to say about UCLA and the football program. I think it says a lot about the program and community CRN has built in just two years. It's also always great to hear the players who are committed to getting their degree, as Brian will do.

I really liked CRN’s “once a Bruin, always a Bruin”, that’s a really important statement to make and reinforce. I also liked his dad’s gratitude and appreciation for UCLA.

and especially Brian but did anyone get the feeling the reporters were making him feel guilty about going pro. Most of their questions were “what would a degree do for you”, “what do you think of the program your leaving”, and “Do you think your ready”. I felt they should have talked more about his upcoming preparation for the league. Hopefully he didn’t feel uncomfortable because he is deserving of the money, and has the right to head to the NFL.
